These Terms of Service govern your use of Gumpbox. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this application.
License and Usage
Gumpbox is available as a paid application on the App Store for a one-time purchase of $25.
The license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use Gumpbox with full access to all features including unlimited Linux server management, advanced monitoring, PaaS workflows, and all premium capabilities.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use Gumpbox for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the application
- Remove or modify any proprietary notices or labels
- Use the application to access servers without proper authorization
- Interfere with or disrupt the application's functionality
- Use the application to transmit malware or malicious code
Updates and Support
Your Gumpbox purchase through the App Store includes:
- All app updates and improvements delivered through the App Store
- Access to new features as they are released
- Bug fixes and security patches
- Ongoing compatibility updates for macOS
Updates are provided in accordance with standard App Store practices and Apple's policies for purchased applications.
Payment and Refunds
Gumpbox is available for a one-time purchase of $25 through the App Store. All purchases are subject to Apple's App Store Terms and Conditions. Refund requests should be directed to Apple through the App Store, as all transactions are processed by Apple.
Payment processing is handled securely by Apple. We do not have access to or store your payment card information.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Gumpbox is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. You use Gumpbox at your own risk.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gumpbox and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to servers, arising from your use of the application.
Data Security and Responsibility
While we implement security measures to protect your data, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your servers, SSH keys, and credentials. We are not liable for any unauthorized access to your servers or data breaches resulting from compromised credentials.
Termination
We reserve the right to discontinue or modify Gumpbox at any time. In the event of discontinuation, your license to use the version you have purchased will remain valid. We may terminate your access for violation of these Terms of Service, subject to applicable App Store policies and consumer protection laws.
Intellectual Property
Gumpbox and all related trademarks, logos, and content are the property of Gumpbox and its licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify users of any material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of Gumpbox after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Governing Law
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Severability
